- Valid refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via Stripe.
Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
- If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you authorize EDL Group and Stripe to automatically charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team before the next billing date.
Chargebacks & Disputes
- If you believe a payment was unauthorized or incorrect, you must first contact us at support@edlgroup.com to resolve the matter.
- If unresolved, you may raise a dispute/chargeback with Stripe or your bank as per their policies.
- Fraudulent disputes may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are owned by EDL Group or its licensors.
- You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Data Security & Privacy
- All transactions are encrypted and processed via Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant system.
- We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
- By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Limitation of Liability
- EDL Group shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
Governing Law
