Eduminds Learning LLC – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our transparent and fair refund policy ensures you can make informed decisions about your education investments.

Thank you for choosing Eduminds Learning LLC (EDL Group LLC) as your trusted learning partner. We aim to provide the highest quality of online and classroom-based education, covering programs in Data Science, Cyber Security, DBA, MBA, and other professional certifications.

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund. To ensure fairness and transparency, our Refund Policy is aligned with global standards, Stripe guidelines, and applicable consumer protection laws.

By enrolling in any of our courses through our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

1. General Guidelines

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing, either via email to our official support team, through Certified Mail, or via an official termination notice.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds will be completed within 30 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
  • Registration fees, administrative charges, and non-refundable deposits (where specified) are not eligible for refund.
  • In cases of duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded in full within 5–7 working days after customer notification.

2. Refund Policy for Extended Duration Courses (6 Months or More)

Application Rejection / Early Cancellation

  • If your application is not accepted by Eduminds Learning LLC, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
  • If you cancel within 3 business days of signing the enrollment agreement and making your first payment, a full refund (excluding registration fee up to $100) will be issued.

Before First Class Begins

  • If you withdraw before the first class starts, all payments will be refunded except for the non-refundable registration fee.

Drop/Add Period (First Week of Classes)

  • Withdrawals during this period are eligible for a full refund of tuition fees, excluding the registration fee.
  • No refunds will be granted after the drop/add period ends.

Post Drop/Add Period

If you withdraw after classes begin, refunds will be issued as per the following tiered structure:

Up to 15 days after batch start 80%
16–30 days after batch start 50%
More than 30 days after batch start 0%

Note: All refund percentages are calculated from the total tuition fee paid, excluding any non-refundable deposits or registration fees.

3. Refund Policy for Short-Term Courses (Less Than 6 Months)

Eduminds Cancellation

  • If we cancel or postpone a program due to insufficient enrollments, faculty illness, or force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), you will receive a 100% refund.

Delegate Cancellation

  • If cancellation is requested 7 days or more before the program date, 90% of the paid fee will be refunded (10% retained as administrative fee).
  • If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the program date, no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Policy for Online Training (Self-paced & Instructor-led)

  • If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% administrative fee.
  • If cancellation is requested after 48 hours, no refund will be processed.
  • For third-party partner courses, a 50% cancellation charge will apply if canceled within 48 hours. No refunds are issued after 48 hours.
  • In the United Kingdom, students are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under Consumer Protection Law. If no course content has been accessed during this period, a full refund will be issued.

5. Refunds for Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

  • If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, please notify us immediately at our support email.
  • Refunds for duplicate transactions will be processed within 5–7 business days, to the original mode of payment.

6. Important Notes

  • Refund eligibility is calculated from the formally notified start date of the course or event.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payer; transfers to alternate accounts are not allowed.
  • Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and payment gateway charges (including Stripe fees) are non-refundable.
  • Once a student has accessed significant portions of the course materials, refund eligibility may be impacted.
