Refund Policy

We are committed to providing you with a positive and rewarding experience as you explore, evaluate, and purchase our training programs, whether they are offered online or in a classroom setting. As with any online purchase, there are terms and conditions that govern our refund policy. By purchasing a course through the Eduminds Learning LLC website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the conditions outlined below.

For Extended Duration Courses (6 Months and Above)

If a student decides to cancel their enrollment either before or after the start of classes, they must inform Eduminds Learning LLC in person, via email, by Certified Mail, or through an official termination notice. The cancellation will take effect on the date the notification is postmarked.

• Cancellation can be processed in person, via email, through Certified Mail, by termination, or may take effect on the student's last date of attendance or when the written notice is received.
• All payments will be refunded if the institution does not accept the application or if the student cancels within three business days of signing the agreement and making the initial payment.
• If cancellation occurs after admission but before the first class, all payments will be refunded, excluding the registration fee (which will not exceed $100.00 or its equivalent).
• The drop/add period is the first week of classes. If a student withdraws during this period, a full refund of tuition and fees will be issued, except for the registration fee. No refunds will be given after the drop/add period ends.
• After admission, all payments made by the student, except for any refundable deposits, will be forfeited. This applies to dismissals as well as voluntary or involuntary withdrawals from the institute, as detailed in the following table.

If a student decides to withdraw from their enrolled program of study, the institution will implement the following four-tier system for refunding the fees paid by the student.

For Short-Term Courses (Duration Less Than 6 Months)

Eduminds Leaning LLC provides online and classroom training for Data Science, Cyber Security, DBA, and MBA through this website. Our courses are designed to assist students and working professionals in preparing for professional certification exams.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom and Instructor-Led Online Training

‘Eduminds Leaning LLC’ / Eduminds Leaning LLC reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, or change its location, due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (such as floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).

• In case ' Eduminds Leaning LLC'/ Eduminds Leaning LLC cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
• If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or more, prior to the event, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate.
• If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

• If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 48 hours of subscribing, 5% of total paid fee will be deducted as administration fee.
• If the cancellation is done by the delegate after 48 hours of subscribing no refund will be made.
• In case of third party courses, 50% of total paid fee will be levied as administration and cancellation charges will be levied on the total fee paid by the delegate and the remaining amount will be paid if the cancelation is done within 48 hours of subscription.
• No refund will be made to the delegate after 48 hours of subscribing to the course.
• In the UK, Consumer Protection Law ensures a 14 day cooling off period from the date of purchase. Meaning if the student purchases the online courses and does not consume the content / login, they should be entitled to a full refund within the 14 day window.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refunds for duplicate payments made by the delegate will be processed through the same payment method used originally, within 5 to 7 working days after receiving notification from the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
